Boys & Girls Clubs of Delaware is committed to serving teens across the state, providing respite from the pressures of school, family responsibilities, and negative external influences. The Club is an after-school experience that empowers teens to find their passion, accomplish their goals, and take control of their future by learning about areas of interest. Teen programs, designed specifically for ages 13-18, provide meaningful experiences today so teens are ready to chase their dreams tomorrow.

Health Wellness & Prevention

These programs develop young people’s capacity to engage in positive behaviors to nurture their well-being, set personal goals, and grow into self-sufficient adults.

Sports & Recreation

These programs are designed to immerse teens in physical activities to enhance their physical fitness and mental well-being. Through engaging and dynamic activities, teens are empowered to cultivate healthy habits and unlock their full potential.

Character & Leadership

These programs help youth become responsible, caring citizens and acquire skills to participate in the democratic process. Program participants also develop leadership skills and gain opportunities for planning, decision-making, contributing to the Club and community, and celebrating our national heritage.

Workforce Readiness

To help young people meet the workforce challenges of tomorrow, they need safe spaces, positive mentorship, and work experiences today. At the Club, we empower teens to explore their interests and passions, develop their employability skills, and apply their knowledge to real-world work experiences.
