Sports, Fitness, and Recreation
Overview of the Program
These programs develop fitness, positive use for leisure time, stress management, appreciation of the environment and social and interpersonal skills; while learning the values of teamwork and physical fitness.
Aquatics
Clubs offer swim lessons, competitive swim teams, lifeguard skills, water polo and other activities that help children learn how to be safe and have fun in the water.

Greater Milford Aquatics
Field Trips
Clubs offer trips to nature centers, museums, professional sporting events, amusement parks, skating rinks, restaurants and plays. Supervised by staff and adult volunteers, these field trips give members opportunities and experiences beyond the boundaries of their own neighborhoods.
Games
Club game rooms are a safe place for kids to learn interpersonal skills and sportsmanship through fun competition. Kids play foosball, pool, ping pong, air hockey and other games.
Sports Leagues
Club members stay fit and have fun by participating in kickball, softball, basketball, soccer, track and field, volleyball, basketball, softball, flag football, cheer leading and other fitness programs and competitive leagues.
